Da Brat Marries "Twin Flame" Judy Dupart

Da Brat and Jesseca "Judy" Dupart are married. The couple decided to tie the knot on February 22. The wedding was inspired by Cinderella. The wedding ceremony consists of two carriages and a cake. The whole look and vibe is so beautiful, like something out of a Disney movie. Da Brat decided to share the happy moment with an Instagram post with photos of the wedding.

Da Brat and Dupart's wedding was held in front of 100 guests. The location is Horse Mansion in Fairburn, Georgia. The brides arrive in separate carriages. They wear robes custom-made by Ese Azenabor. Luther Vandross' song "Here and Now" plays in the background as they walk down the aisle. Lisa Raye McCoy served as bridesmaids, while Jermaine Dupri and Damon Dupri Sr both joined them.

For the creation, the designer explained the choice on Instagram. He said he wanted to imagine Brat in a suit, which would greatly emphasize her sharpness and femininity. The suit skirt was also inlaid with Swarovski crystals to accentuate her curves. It's the concept he sees, paying particular attention to its form and the world's desire to see it. For Judy, he opted for the classic raw silk 2-in-1 look. It has intricate hand-stitched crystals.

Da Brat and Dupart officially announced their relationship when they shared the news on Instagram. This happened on May 7, 2020. They also revealed that their wedding date holds special meaning to both of them. They revealed that they have been calling themselves Twin Flames for a while, so the 02/22/22 date is a big event for them. With that in mind, they don't want to miss it because it's been in their lives.

The wedding reception included braised pork ribs, lobster tails, truffle macaroni and cheese, and butter and almond cake. At the end of their wedding night, the couple, who were expecting their first child, danced to the themed sidewalk second-tier band. Then they drove off in a blue Bentley. The honeymoon program was spent in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

The overall silhouette of the wedding is luxurious, but not designed to impress guests. Instead, it was a celebration of their long-standing love. As Dupart himself said, they wanted to show their faces, show their love in front of their loved ones, and most importantly, have fun and love each other. Big Blatter added that they have formed an alliance, but the paper will only cement them.

Da Brat came out publicly in March 2020, and the wedding was her chance to marry the love of her life. The wedding will be featured in the upcoming season of "Brat Loves Judy".
